Eligibility & account use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the service. The service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Non-medical use

Pathway Health Science provides informational, non-medical insights only. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, or diagnostic tool and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Your uploads & license

You represent that you have the legal right and appropriate consent to upload any DNA file you submit. You retain ownership of your DNA file and generated reports.

You grant Pathway Health Science a limited, non-exclusive license to securely store and process your uploaded DNA file solely to provide the service, including generating reports, supporting related features, and any future reprocessing you request.

Retention preferences

Reports and derived analysis outputs are retained according to your selected preference (for example: 30 days, 1 year, or until you delete them).

Raw DNA files are stored securely and retained only for purposes directly related to providing the service. You may request deletion as part of account or data removal.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and with proper authorization
• Do not upload DNA files without appropriate consent
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Do not misuse accounts or bypass access controls

Intellectual property

The service, software, and content (excluding your uploads and reports) are owned by Pathway Health Science or its licensors and are protected by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathway Health Science will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
